Hello! My name is Gino Rondinelli, and I am the Founder of Alterations Express. I am pleased that you are interested in purchasing an Alterations Express franchise. Since 1993, I have been developing this business to become a national brand, ‘the place to go’ for clothing alterations. And I am so excited to finally share our business opportunity and have valued partners join Alterations Express.

My background is in high-level dry cleaning production. And as I watched our dry-cleaning business grow, I noticed we didn’t have the same production system for our alterations department. I decided to first dedicate space to the alterations arm of our business. And, almost immediately, I saw the business pick up. This success led me down the path to developing a business that truly transformed our business from a sideline ‘mom and pop’ to the future of the alterations industry.

From the moment a customer enters our doors, there is a different feeling—something they have never experienced or seen before in a tailor shop. We have spent an enormous amount of time analyzing every part of that customer experience —from their first fitting to their final pickup. Our goal is to create a truly unique experience that our customers feel compelled to tell everyone they know about.

We’ve also developed a production-based system with checks and balances that flow throughout the production room. Every detail of producing clothing alterations with our business has been tried, tested, and updated over and over again. We’ve spent the last 30 years refining our system.
