Since its founding in 1994, Alterations Express has grown through the dedication, craftsmanship, and leadership of the Rondinelli family.
With decades of experience operating alterations businesses, the leadership team brings firsthand knowledge of the systems, workflows, and customer service standards that define the Alterations Express brand.
For franchise partners, this means working directly with leaders who have built and operated the business themselves and who remain actively involved in supporting the continued growth of the brand.
Gino Rondinelli
Founder
Alterations Express FranchisingGino founded Alterations Express in 1994 with the goal of building a tailoring business focused on quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.
Through decades of hands-on leadership, Gino grew the business from a single location into a multi-location operation while refining the operational systems that support the Alterations Express model today.
His experience in tailoring and business operations laid the foundation for the systems, workflows, and service standards that define the company.
He is married to Michele, his wife (and our Mom!) of over 35 years, and has three children, two of whom work at the company. Gino loves working in his yard and landscaping in his free time. He spends all of his free time with his family, lounging by the pool on weekends together in the summer or cooking Sunday dinners during football season.
Frank Rondinelli
President & Operations Manager
Alterations Express FranchisingFrank is our President, Co-Owner, and Operations Manager at Alterations Express. He oversees operations across all 12 Alterations Express locations, ensuring stores operate efficiently and maintain consistent service standards. Having grown up around the family business, Frank has spent years working within the Alterations Express system and plays a key role in managing daily operations, production workflows, and store performance.
He is also responsible for creating our exclusive, white-label point-of-sales software, which we’re proudly offering to franchisees.
In July of 2024, Frank got engaged to his beautiful fiancée, Jessica, and the two will be happily married in August. The whole family is very excited! He is also an avid Cleveland sports fan and loves attending Cleveland Browns home games in the fall.
Jen Rondinelli
Vice President & Brand & Marketing Manager
Alterations Express FranchisingJen leads marketing, advertising, and brand development efforts for Alterations Express. She joined the company in March of 2021. Jen is responsible for helping grow the brand’s visibility while ensuring that the Alterations Express identity remains consistent across locations.
Through digital marketing, brand strategy, and customer engagement initiatives, Jen helps support both existing locations and future franchise partners as the company continues to expand.
Jen spends a lot of her free time with her family, especially her sister, Elizabeth, at their parents’ pool or for Sunday dinners. She also enjoys gardening, reading, binge-watching popular TV shows, traveling to see friends, and going to live sporting events (she’s unfortunately a big Cleveland Browns fan, too!).
